Welding current: around 400 (According to the actual thickness increase or decrease, while increase or decrease ,only adjust the units, increase or decrease for 5 units, adjustment after tested )

welding time : 2 cycle (fixed)

off time : 3cycle (fixed)

welding pulse : 250 (fixed)

Generally, oil-water separator (near the machine’s body behind) barometer pressure in 0.6 MPA , cylinder barometer (near the head position of machine) the pressure about 0.25.

When installing the cylinder of machine’s head, both sides of the 8 screws to connect with the gas and pedal switch, and pedaled the switch until running smoothly of upper cylinder and lower cylinder, then lock screw slowly . Must ensure the cylinder runs smoothly .

When the seam welding machine is working, which must keep give water , strictly prohibit no water to operation.

Out of gear, must let air compressor in the clean, no gas, put away the water inside the oil-water separator, prevent burning solenoid valves coil.

Connection : connect the 380V 3pcs of live wire. Diameter of wire: copper core ≥ 25mm^2,Aluminium core : 35mm²

On the left three- position digit means :1- squeeze time ; 2,3- welding time, generally the digit is 304, 305 , it is ok.

On the right double-digit means the welding current on the right : 55-60 (According to the actual thickness increase or decrease)

air pressure : 0.2Mpa

When use the welding machine must give the water.

It is pushed slow down by hand and can not be pressed to the end for one time. It’s better to roll laps for several times

The position of the upper die and the low die must neat; otherwise the barrel body is easy to crack.

When rolling singlereinforcement,,the three-reinforcements die must be staggered, and vice versa

When take off jump, must choose 0.6-0.8Mpa, the power is above 2.2w.

Compressor working environment must ensure clean, and prevent the large metal particles or dust of air into the electromagnetic valve to influence the electromagnetic valve’s work or burned the coil solenoid valves.
