-Stainless Steel Series

STANDARD SPECIFICATION:

1. Capacity: 100-500 Liters

2. Type of tank: Pressurized, vertical or horizontal, working pressure up to 650Kpa (6.5bar).

3. The tank body: SUS304 stainless steel, thickness 1.0 -2.0mm

The outer cover: Multi-color steel board, thickness 0.5-1.0mm

4. The insulating layer: 50mm high-density polyurethane.

5. The heat exchanger: Copper coil in out dia. 12mm, single coil or twin coils design available.

6. The auxiliary heater: 1.5 -2.5KW

-Crystal Plastic (Cross Linked Polymer) Series

1. Crystal plastic tank consists of two layers: inner layer use special anticorrosive plastic at thickness of 3mm-4mm, the plastic layer is leaking-prevention and anticorrosion.

2. The outer pressurized layer is made of high-grade steel, its thickness is 1.2~2mm. The two layers are perfectly integrated together by adopting high temperature combination technique.

3. Different from traditional stainless steel inner tank, there is no any welding in the entire body of the inner tank, no pore and no aperture. Water temperature inside the tank can be is from -50 to 150.

The insulating layer: 50mm high-density polyurethane.

5. The heat exchanger: Copper coil in out dia. 12mm, single coil.
