Non-pressurized solar water heater principle
The non-pressurized solar water heater thermo-siphon system, its storage tank and evacuated tubes are installed as one unit on building roof. The storage tank is connected with the solar water heater, and many all glass evacuated tubes are inclined insert into the tank. The heat gathered by the evacuated tubes heats the water inward the storage tanks. Hot water goes into the storage tanks cause hot water rise up high. And cold water will go down into the evacuated tube to be heated again. Run by natural circulation, the system can work without electricity. The circulation heats the water in the tanks continually. The hot water flow rate of this kind mainly depends on height difference between the water tank and the hot water shower head.
Principle of thermosyphon system
Because of the larger proportion of hot water than cold water, cold water flows downward and hot water goes upward. The water will be heated continuously between water tank and vacuum tube. In other wards, hot water always floats on cold water. The hot-water flows to the water tank from the vacuum tubes. Because of the proportion, cold water flows to vacuum tubes from the water tank. The cold water is heated in vacuum tubes. After it becomes hot water, it flows to water tank again. The water circulates constantly between water tank and vacuum tubes; the cold water in water tank will be hotter and hotter. Finally, all cold water will be heated to be hot water. This is the heating course of cold water.
