split pressurized solar water heater

Split pressurized solar water heater is composed of heat pipe evacuated tube solar collector, pump station (including circulation pump, controller, expansion vessel, pressure gauge, sensors and etc) and pressurized water tank. Its tank and solar collector are separated, the collector can be put on the balcony and windows.With an intelligent controller and solar working stations, the whole system works automatic.
Working principles:
1) When the temperature difference between the solar collector and tank is exceeded the set value temperature difference, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically, transfer heat from collector to tank
2) When the temperature difference between the solar collector and tank drops below the set value temperature difference, then circulation pump stop
3) The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically
4) The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the water tank
5) In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach the max., then start the auxiliary heating device
