Split Open Loop Solar Water Heater

Introduction

Separate Pressurized Solar Water Heating System breaks through the traditional structural design, that is collector and water tank are separated; the collector is connected to manifold. This model is more convenient and handsome. Currently, what our company provides are solar energy plus auxiliary electronic heating system as a whole heating system.

Under normal circumstances, the system use solar energy for water heating and under the bad weather condition, the auxiliary electronic heater will make up the shortage of solar energy.

Feature

Working principle

A. When the temperature of the heat collector reaches the set value, the Controller shall start the circulation pump automatically.

B. The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.

C. The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the water tank.

In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach T-max (Temperature Maximum Point), then start the auxiliary heating device.

Product components

1.Flat plate Solar Collector

There is no heat exchanger, which allows efficient heat transfer directly to the water. The system Operates at standard line pressure. When there is not enough energy for sun, an electrical back up element will be automatically switched on by controller

Working Station

The unit gathered the Controller, Circulate Pump, Flow meter, Relief Valve, Pressure Gauge, Expansion Vessel, Shut-off and check Valve in together.

Application of Projection on this system

1. Pool Heating

If you have taken steps to retain your pools heat but are still not happy with your heating bills, or if you plan to install a new pool, a solar pool heater may be a good investment. Such heating systems are one of the most cost-effective applications of solar energy. It is relatively simple to integrate a solar water heater since most pools require a pump, filter, and plumbing. With a solar energy system, the pools water is pumped through the filter and then through a solar energy collector(s) instead of directly back to the pool. The sun heats the water in the collector(s) before it returns to the pool.

If you add a solar heater, you may need a pump larger than your present one, or a separate, smaller pump to pump the pools water to and through the solar collectors. Adding any heater, solar or otherwise, will preclude selecting the smallest pump. Nevertheless, you also may reduce pumping time to help cut costs.

2. House/Space Heating

The solar collector System is capable of contributing significantly to space heating requirements in many areas. The best use for solar energy is to heat a building by radiant under floor hydraulic heating, which requires water at a temperature of around 60°C. This system usually uses a concrete floor slab with special water pipes running through it, to provide a pleasant, even, low temperature radiant heat. The floor slab will also provide heat.
