Brief Description:
The metal heat pipe collector is made with borosilicate 3.3 transparent glass tube,its thickness 2.0mm and OD 70mm;The tube is completely evacuated and not the same as our SL-FTREG series collector. The heat efficiency of metal heat pipe in OD70mm is 1.5 times higher than that in SL-FTREG. However,they have the same principle of transferring heat.

The solar energy passes though the glass and is absorbed by the selective coating on the aluminum absorber, thus it becomes hot. The heat is transferred directly to the heat pipe, making the heat-transport liquid inside evaporated very fast. The evaporation steam goes up to the condenser on the top and transfer the heat to the passing fluid or pure water in header box.And then the heat will be passed to water in tank through the exchange copper coil inside.
