This Traveling type Oven is used for drying Soya chunk; fresh tobacco leafs and Pan Masala for removing moisture and other chemicals. This oven used special conveyors which carry the chunks or pan Masala through the oven for drying operation. This oven is capable of giving out large production with very low fuel efficiency.CONSTRUCTION:The oven body consists of steel steam light tunnel with equally divided zones of the radiators. Stainless steel expansion joints are provided between these zones in order to eliminate the expansion of the oven sections. The inspection doors are provided for inspection of baking goods during the baking process. FIRING CHAMBERS:The number of firing chamber depends upon the overall length of the oven which shall be fabricated out of stainless steel. The complete chambers will be insulated with mineral wool filled from out side to conserve the heat and increase efficiency. The fully automatic imported burner shall be fitted to the chamber and automatic temperature controller, fitted on the control panel shall control the temperature. CONVEYOR:Special Conveyor is designed for this oven so as for carrying Pan Masala or Soya chunk which will be dried.
