Operation

Method of Operation

• Connect the power

Connect the power, the sign of power light on the LED screen. Unit is ready for operation.

•On/Off the unit

Touch the sign of power on the control panel, The signs of power, low speed, density of dust, VOC will light. The density of dust and VOC will be checked by the sensors automatically when the motor is running. Press the button again, the screen is dark with only the sign of power lighting.

•Fan Speed adjustment

Touch the sign for selection of fan speed. The LED screen will indicate one sign for low speed, two for medium and three for high.

•UV light and Ionizer function

Touch the sign for UV light and Ionizer, the indicator will be shown on the control panel, indicating the selection preferred.

•Time setting

To enable the timer function, Touch the sign once to get the time flashing as O:OO on the LED screen. With further tough the time will increase in an interval of 30 mins till 8 hours the longest. The unit will submit the setting in 3 seconds with the signs of clock and O:OO will then light up steadily.

Air filtration series
Filtering substance, the filter paper, is composed of disordered interlacing fibers. The suspended particles size in the air and microbes, which adhere to these particles are obstructed by interlacing fibers when they get through the filter with flowing air.

Antibacterial products
Antibacterial agents, such as silver ion, catechin etc, are usually take the filter as carrier. The suspended microbes are obstructed by filtering material when they get through the filter with flowing air, and contact with antiseptic. Antiseptic could inhibits and kills these microorganisms by destroying the molecular structure of the cell.

Adsorption series
The filter has activated carbon for adsorptive. The material’s highly developed porous structure provides itself a large specific surface area (1000m2/g), Molecules on the surface generate strong attractive force by which the noxious gas molecules are captured.

Catalytic decomposition products
Catalytic decomposition technology under normal temperature and photocatalysis are used in products of this series. Noxious gas molecules will be decomposed by the effects of strong oxidizer or photocatalyst. There is excellent effect in deodorization.

Humidity control products
Water molecules in the air or in the water could be adsorbed by moisture adsorption material and hygroscopic agent adhered on carrier with porous structure, and product itself can be regenerated by dewatering under high temperature.

Electronic dust-collecting products
The air is ionized when it go through the high-voltage electric field generated by electronic dust collector. These gas ions which have been ionized contact with suspended particles and get them charged. Charged particles deposit on the plate of collector by the effect of electric field force.

Ion generators
Negative ion generator rises low voltage to negative DC high voltage, and the high voltage generates corona at the extremity of carbon brush, the ambient air is ionized and massive electrons are released. The oxygen in the air will immediately form negative ion of oxygen by arresting these electrons, Negative ion of oxygen suspended in the air could improve indoor air quality by removing smoke, dust and odor.
