The slim design is perfect for blending a milk shake right in the glass or pureeing cooked tomatoes directly in the saucepot. To use, simply assemble the unit by twist-locking the blade stem onto the shaft. Then press the control switch on the hand grip to activate the motor. An up and down pulsing motion provides the best results. The whipping attachment can be used for making whipped cream or mashed potatoes.
