Gas and air are mixed fully before combustion, so that overplus air coefficient a* is between 1.1 to 1.3 boilers can fully combusted with low oxygen content accordingly
Moreover, by using technology of catalyzed combustion, it is efficient to avoid much emission such as CO and NOx
CO is below 60ppm and NOx is below 40ppm
Emission of CO is much less which is only 1/10 of national standard
And emission of NOx reaches level 5 of European standard which is less than 50 ppm

High efficiency and energy saving
There will be a lot of vapor during combustion
Vapor will come outside along with emission for common gas boiler, in that case, this kind of boiler fails to take advantage of heat efficiency of vapor so that the general heat efficiency of boiler only reach 85 to 90%
However, Vanward condensing wall-hung boilers use special heat exchanger for heat exchanging so that the emission temperature is only 73 degree celsius or lower which makes good use of the most heat energy from vapor; At the same time, by using technology of low-oxygen combustion, the heat energy loss becomes less and the emission is much less
Heat efficiency also improves a lot
Heat efficiency can reach 97 to 98% when the temperature of heating inlet water/heating outlet water is 60 to 80 degree celsius and the heat efficiency can reach 106 to 108% when the temperature of heating inlet water/heating outlet water is 30 to 50 degree celsius
Dis-chargeable condensing water collection system
It can eliminate hidden trouble of emission spilling over at the first operation
And it can exhaust condensing water smoothly
