Heat Pipe solar collector are always connected with existing heating supply device,the selective coating on the inner cover or the evacuated tubes converts solar energy into heat energy and transfer heat to the heat pipes by aluminum fins.

Remark:we have three kind of materials for absorber cove for choose

1.copper fins welded with copper pipes which is best solution.

2.aluminum fins welded with copper which is cheap solution.

3.double aluminum fins hold copper pipes which is cheap solution.

Working Principle

All of the vacuum tubes are inserted directly to manifold. They use water as transferring medium liquid to get heat energy immediately. They are often used for large solar energy project like hotel, hospital, prison, factory or school dormitory and other places combined with big water storage tank and high efficiency control station.
