1. About Product

Working principle

Integrated unpressurized solar water heater relies on the natural circulation of water between the collector and water tank or heat exchange. As water in the vacuum tubes is heated, it rises naturally into the tank, while the cooler water in the cooler water in the tank flows down to bottom of vacuum tubes. In this way, the temperature of the water in tank goes up.

Inner tank: sus304/2b food grade stainless steel plate, diameter is 360mm.
Outer tank: galvanized steel sheet, diameter is 460mm.
Vacuum tube: Φ58*1800mm, made by high borosilicate 3.3 glass. Single target tubes, with Aluminium-Nitrogen coating.
Heat insulation layer: polyurethane foam, and the thickness is 50mm±5mm.
Frame: galvanized steel sheet, and the thickness is 1.2mm. Frame angle: 38 °, 45 °
