3. Safty operation, the press button is more easy to adjust the mixing time at well. The timing device can stop the running at any time. This spiral dough mixer is equipped with the automatic protection device. When the protecting cap is opened, the dough mixer will stop running automatically.
4. There is a sample hole on the protection cap. You can get the sample more easily.
5. The dough has a good texture, clean. And this machine also can mix small capacity flour. This dough mixer is widely used in restaurant, mess hall and any other caterings.
