1. Good hydrophilicity
Through a special hydrophilic treatment, our UF membrane has permanent hydrophilic properties. Even at a lower trans-membrane pressure, it also can get high water flux.
With uniform pores, the hollow fiber UF membrane can remove the micro-organisms, colloids, algae and other turbidity substances. All the modules pass through air water inspection to ensure the fibers without broken or leaking.
2. Good mechanical strength
Through improving the formulation and process, our UF membrane products have good breaking strength and breaking elongation, to ensure no broken occurred in use.
3. Long service life
Using high quality improved PVC as raw materials, the hollow fiber UF membrane has good advantages of resistance to acid and alkali, organic solvent, grease and light aging. It also has good pollution resistance and strong endurance, it can be washed with various methods in order to remove contaminants and restore membrane flux.
4. Many field application
They are mainly used in water purifying, the treatment of pure water, prefilteration of RO system, recycling of municipal water and industrial waste water, separating of special solution and many other fields.
