Main function

1)power-on self test(POST)//When powered on,the controller will enter into POST mode with all indication lights flashing with one beep.And it starts to inspect the sensor and other related parts.if any fault detected,fault code will be indicated.if water level is less than 25 or wate temperature is less than 95°C,it will start filling water to 100 automatically.

2)temperature display // RED CODE 00-99°C indicates water temperature in tank.

3)water level display//25,50,75,100 indicates water level in storage tank.

4)peking time display//peking time setting

5)working status display//all working status will be displayed by icons and characters

6)water level setting//two kinds of auto filling and stop levels can be set per day.

7)water temperature setting//two start temperature for back up electrical heater can be set per day.

8)low water level alarm//when water level is lower than 25, the controller starts beeping.

9)water level control//when water in storage tank is full or reaches the pre-set level,water filling stops automatically.

10)auto water filing//when water level is lower than 25,beeper starts beeping and water level”25” is flashing,after 30 minutes ,it starts water filling up to the preset water level.

11) manual water filling //when water level is lower than the preset point, press”water filling”,and “water filling indication starts flashing.it stops filling in when water level reaches up to the preset stopping level, it stops filling-in when water level reaches to 100.while filling in,it stops filling in by pressing”water filling”button again.

12) timing water filling//two water filling time points can be set, and the system will start water filling when time matches the preset time point.

13) forced water filling//when water level sensor fails to work, press“water filling”button to start water filling forcedly. The beeper will beep one time per minute and after 8 minutes, water filling stops automatically.

14)manual heating//when water temperature is lower than the set (F2) °C,press “heating”button and “heating” indication starts flashing,it will stop heating automatically when water temperature reaches to preset temperature. While heating,re-press”heating”button to stop heating manually.

15)low pressure water filling//after water filling starts,if water level fail to reach to next level from 25 to 50 for example)after 60 minutes ,the controller will enter low pressure water filling mode, water filling stops and re-start filling after 30 minutes.after “stop and start”twice,If the water level still fails to reach to next level(25to 50for example),it will quit low pressure water filling mode automatically, meantime, “water filling”indication starts flashing.
