Heatflow heating film is ideally suited for installation beneath floating wood or laminate floors. Heatflow is made by mixture with carbon filament and carbon paste. Conductive advanced material, Carbon filament is more durable and stable electrically than other carbon films made of only carbon paste

Manufacturing process
1.Base paper manufacturing process
Heatflow is made of base paper and carbon filament. Base paper must have some features. 1) stable at high temperature 2) constant electric resistance 3) balance with coating material |
2.Spreading carbon filament process
Spreading carbon filament on base paper is most important process. It decide electric resistance and electric consumption. Our spreading machine controls filament spreading delicately. Our carbon filament and paste composition(double layer method) have 4~5 times longer life-span than other carbon heating film. |
3.Copper foil adhesion process
In most of other carbon heating film, the copper foil and the heating module are not adhered together, creating an air space between them. It can make a electric spark. So, Adhesion between copper foil and heating module is essential. Because of adhesion with special conducting material in the electrode area, our heating film is safe from electric spark. |
