The activated carbon foam sponge,which be as anthracite filter media for oil exhauster air treatment , is an air purification filter material formed by carrying high-quality high-adsorption powdery catalytic activated carbon onto the polyurethane foaming carrier via the macromolecule binding material, whose carbon content is 50~70% and has excellent adsorption property. It can purify the air and remove the volatile organic compounds and harmful matters, such as mote, fog, odour, formaldehyde and so on in the air.

Product characteristics:

1. Adsorption property: A. benzene adsorptive power: more than 90%; B. iodine adsorbance: more than 1000mg/g.

2. Deodorization property:

A. ethanethiol: removal rate ≥ 90% in 30 minutes;

B. trimethylamine: removal rate ≥ 90% in 30 minutes

3. Heat resistance: the temperature range: -20°C~130°C.

4. Force resistance: gas linear velocity 1.0m/s, pressure drop 42Pa in 4mm and pressure drop 98Pa in 20mm.

Product specification: 3-750mm in thichness; bore diameter: small, medium and large. (corresponding to 15-60ppi, ppi is hole count within a 1-inch length)

Product usage: air cleaner, household air-conditioner, central air-conditioning, air freshening machine, smoke exhauster, fan heater, air-conditioning fan, smoking machine, exhaust gas tower and air flue filter for special purpose.
