As one of the largest mold maker in China, we have focused on designing and manufacturing the plastic injection moulds for automobile and home appliance industries, dedicated to providing the customers with competitive, high quality tooling in a timely manner. Through over ten years' developing and expanding, our company has possessed a group of skilled toolmakers , outstanding professional designers and a couple of world-class advanced manufacturing equipments. Advanced CAD/CAM/CAE system and integrated interior management system ensure us to make reliable, high-quality products to meet the customers' requirements. We now have an annual capacity of 600 sets of moulds.

Injection capacity : Currently ,We have more than 10 units of precision plastic –injection machine from 88 tons and 1200 tons and all other needed equipments,we also offer secondary operation to meet the different clients, such as screen print ,pad print ,electroplate ,spraying and final parts assembling and packaging .We employ a workforce of approximately 120 staff members, including over 20 high skilled technical personnel to meet your requirements.
Design capacity : By using Pro-Engineering,Auto-CAD,and UG, we can handle most of the design jobs offered. We currently have a team of 8 design engineers who have multiple years experience in tool design and products development ,efficient and fast service is expected here . short lead time ,optimized cost and high quality is the characters of our products
Quality Control :We have pass the ISO9001 authentication , from the original material choose to products produce we have all strict quality control , to guarantee the quality of each products that come out from our factory .
