Outer tank material: 0.5 mm thick stainless steel plate or powder coated, coloured, steel sheet.

Inner tank material: 1.2mm thick SUS304 food grade stainless steel plate.

Frame material: 1.2mm thickness stainless steel.

The insulating layer consists of polyurethane foam with a thickness of 55mm to 60mm and has good temperature preservation.

No water inside the evacuated tubes; the solar water heater will still be in service even with several broken tubes

Working principles:
The operation of the solar collector is very simple.
Solar radiation is absorbed by the solar evacuated tubes and converted into heat, and is absorbed by the heat pipes. The heat pipes conduct the heat from within the solar tube up to the condenser (tip of heat pipe) to the heat exchanger where the heat exchange takes place. Water is circulated via the manifold, by a pump to the tank. Each time the water circulates through the system, the temperature is raised by between 5-10degree. Throughout the day, the water in the tank is gradually heated up to 85degree.
Separate active (closed and open loop) pressurised solar water heating systems use electric pumps, valves, and controllers to circulate water through the collectors to give you full control over your solar system
