3.Kneading process of components is effected by revolving of vanes toward each other with different speeds. The barrel is bidirectional. So the dough should be mixed very well and you do not need a sheeter.
4.This dough mixer is equipped with a protecting cap. Ensure the cap is in place before operating the machine. Or else,this dough mixer does not work. The sample dot on the cap is safe for getting sample.
