2)Characteristics
No discharge or abnornal current when 10kV AC voltage is applied for 1 minute or more(by withstand voltage tester).
Note: current detection level is to be set to 1mA.
3)Insulation resistance
Insulation resistance between electrode wire and ground is to be 100mΩ or higher when measured by 500V megger.
4)Insulation strength
No cracking damage.etc. When a load of 50kg or more.
5)Electrode fixed strength
Extraction resistance: 8kg or more; turning resistance: 1kg-cm or more.
6)Heat resistance
No electrode cracking and no abnormality of electrode fixed strength,etc. after electrode tip is heated for 1 hour at 600°C.
7)Heat-shock resistance
No abnormality caused by rapid cooling after heating for 10 minutes at a water temperature of +120°C.
