Production Detail

Installation instructions:

1) After installing the solar water heater,insert the power module into water the reserved holes(Note:the hole is to exhaust went),fix the power supply box to the bracket of the heater tank(put it upside according to the manual of the power box)

2) Insert the generation control into water box through the hole ,the longer part of the copper pipe will come through the sotto hole.The generation control should be 3cm above the bottom of the box (Max1) .

3) Filled the vacuum tube with water and then and use a PVC plug to closed up the mouth of the pipe (Map2) .

4) Insert the copper pipe to the plug and then pull the vacuum pipe to the water box and finish the insertion of the generation control . The power module should be less than 1 meter away from the wire of the power supply box. The power supply box should be no longer than 10 meters away from the lamp wire (Map3) .

5) The power module wire +(red)pole - (black) pole are connected to the +(red)pole - (black) pole of the power supply box. The same operation to the lamp. (Do not reversed)

6) To install multiple power modules at the same time ,using in parallel way to access to the power box.the ame process operated when accessing them to the lamp.

7) After the installation of the solar water heater, the power generation will charge the module. The heater can work when the charge is finished.

8) The power supply is safe voltage. It can be used in the washing room,bathroom, kitchen ,restroom,living room and outdoor.

9) The power generation system must be installed by professional worker and can only be used after test.Non-professional worker are not allowed to demolite ,move
