Solar Water Heater Components

A. Solar Water Heater Parts:

5.automatic tank: used in non-pressure solar water heater or preheated water heater, having ading water automatically and pushing hot water conveniently.

B. Knowlege of installation solar geyser:

1. If tank is not full, you can add water anytime, please add water after using up hot water.

If tank is exposed without water longer than 15 minutes, do not add water, please make sure

to add water in evening or next morning, so it will protect the vacuum tubes from breaking for

large difference in temperature.

2. In order to avoid scald people, please turn on the cold water valve, then turn on the hot water

valve, then adjust the cold water valve and hot water valve until getting the suitable temperature

hot water temperature.

3. Before using electric heater, please make water tank full, do not use it without water inside.

For safety, please do remember to cut off the power, to get hot water. All the electrical jack must

have reliable ground connection.

4. In area which the water’s pressure is high, please turn down the filling water valve, so cold

water can enter into the water tank slowly.

5. Getter should be mirrorlike imaginative, or else it means that tube is not in the vacuum condition.

If it appears mist, please change the tube.

6. Air vent in the tank mustn't be jammed, avoiding to swell from the tank.

7. Keep the tank fully while winding. Please pull off the electric plug. Stop using it temporarily

while thundering and raining.

8. In winter, keep the pipeline insulated to protect it from freezing in cold area.

9. Fixing the frame carefully against the strong wind and prevent from accident.

10.Please don't change the structure of solar geyser in random.
