The advantages of heat pipe !!!

1.Length:
Some companys copper heat pipe is very short, usually the length is 1m,while our SFVA4715's length is L=1495+-2mm and SFVB5818 is L=1745+-2mm .

2.Wash process:
They never have the chemic wash process.So the inside of heat pipe has impurity that will infulence the heat exchange.

3.Structure of the end:
The structure of our tube end is special taper, which can resist freezing. Their end of tube is quite different.

4.Welding method:
We use silver welding between the top and tube body, so the connection part is argent. As they use normal welding, this part is black. Silver welding can make sure the top won't leak air after long time thermal impact.

5.Special liquid:
The liquid inside of the tube is extremely different, but it's difficult to see. Our liquid is patent products, with high efficiency, without poison to people. It can keep the tube working with high efficiency for 15 years. But usually, their liquid has low efficiency and disappear very quick, usually one year later you will find the tube's efficiency has been reduced a lot!

6.Thickness:
Our heat pipe's thickness is 0.75mm, while Some companys is only 0.4mm.

7.The outlook:
The sharp of the whole tube(especially the top and the end) is quite different with ours. I will send a picture of heat pipe for you. With the picture, it's easy to express.

8.Liquid filling:
We fill the liquid from top of heat pipe, while Some companys fill it from the end. The disadvantage of filling from the end is: most of the time when the liquid don't calaulate in heat pipe, ie: in cold weather, the liquid will stay at the end of the tube. If the time is long, it will do bad to the welding of the end. Also in this situation, they can't make the end structure to be special taper. So the tube can't resist extreme coldness.
