Description:

1. It adopts current advanced RO system technique to manufacture pure water , the electric conductivity of it is commonly less than 10us/cm ,better than state GB17324-2005 standard, output water is asepsis, no granule, pure and clean.

2. In this system, American Hydranautics ESPA-4040 RO membrane is adopted, the rate of removing salt is 98% , the recovery rate is 50-75%, which come into being a unique technical style. The entire system was verified by many pure water manufacturers that the removal rate of bacterial ,poisonous heavy metals, radionuclids and organic micro-pollutants in water are as high as 99.99%,95%,99% and 95% respectively. the quality of water is clean and sweet, eradicate the toxic and harmful substances in the water and a number of toxicity indicators , such as trihalomethanes, carbon tetrachloride, benzene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, pesticides, phenols, as well as lead, mercury, beryllium, chromium, cadmium, uranium , thallium, and other radionuclides were below detection limit

3. We can produce different productivity according to our customers' requirements, such as 1000L/h, 2000L/h,4000L/H, 50000L/h(liters per hour) etc.

This machine can be used in food industrial area, bottled water area, beverage filling area, provide pure water for filling in food, beverage or medicine making area.

Working priciple:

source water is to be filted by quartz sand, activated carbon, pp sediment membranes(precision filter) and reverse osmosis membranes, we can use Hydranuatic brand or Dow Filmtec brand. At the same time, we can install Ultra Violet(UV) and ozone machine on the machine for killing germs, bacteria, so that keeping pure water fresh,no bacteria, so the pure water can be stored in PET bottles for a long time.
