Water Treatment Plant

The water management systems and related services being provided by us are listed below:

Aqua system Pressure Quartz/ Multigrade Filter
The Aqua system Pressure Quartz / Multigrade Filter uses fine pure graded silex / quartz as the filter media to generate water which is free from suspended solids less than 5 ppm. The activated carbon filter media used for filtration conforms to IS 877 standards. The filter can be upgraded with a clarifier in case of excess suspended solids and turbid particles.
Aqua system Softener
The Aqua system softener is used for the removal of hardness of water which is due to the presence of calcium and magnesium. This plant is charged with cation exchange resins in sodium form, the softener can be customized according to the level of hardness of water in different cases.
Aqua system De-mineralisation Plants
The de-mineralisation plants are used for removing total dissolved solids from raw or filtered water to obtain water having total dissolved solids less than 1ppm. An Ion-exchange process is used where in all cations and anions are exchanged. The system supplied by us will be either in manual mode or in auto mode with rubber/FRP lining.
Aqua system High Intensity Ultraviolet Disinfection Systems
The High Intensity Ultraviolet Disinfection Systems manufactured by us are equipped with ultraviolet lamps mounted inside the quartz jackets for the optimum ultraviolet radiation. The system is capable of disinfecting 99.9% of the bacteria in water and has no harmful effects.
Aqua system Reverse Osmosis Systems
The Reverse Osmosis Systems developed by us incorporate the best spirally wounded thin film composite membranes and FRP or stainless steel housings. Appropriate prefilters with required chemical dosings are also embedded in the systems to ensure the best performance of the Reverse Osmosis plants.
Aqua system Electrodeionisation Systems
The electrodeionisation systems use a unique combination of membranes and ultrapure resins to generate high purity water meeting water quality standards as per USP-26, UK-MCA, WHO and IS.
Aqua system Waste Water Treatment Systems
We use the latest innovative technologies to recycle water from sewage, cooling tower blow down and waste of water treatment plants.

Aqua system Effluent Treatment Plant
The effluent treatment chemicals supplied by us include Aquaflock for flock formation and polyelectrolytes to settle the sludge, which are cationic, anionic and non ionic based polymers.

U.V. SYSTEMS:

It is exclusively Electronic Device using the principal of extra high intensity ultra Violet rays for the destruction of water borne micro-organisms (Bacteria, Virus, ect.)
The method of Purification is highly economical as compared to boiling or Chlorination/Dechlorination of water. The water purified by Ultra Violet radiation does not change colour, odour taste and its chemicals properties.
The water purified by this process does not require subsequent Chlorination boiling or use of any other disinfectant. In fact, it has been proved to be far superior to standard Chlorine disinfection, which fails to kill the stronger microorganisms present in water. The unit will give a 3 M3/hr flow capacity. With 39 watt 3 no of lamp.

Activated Carbon Filter :
Activated carbon removes residual chlorine, organic matter and colour present in water.
