a.Working principle

hot water rises and cold water sinks. Warm water rises when the phenomenon known as natural convection happens, to circulate water through the collectors and to the tank. The tank must be located above the collector. As water in the collector is heated, it becomes lighter and naturally rises into the tank above(that’s the reason why tanks are always above the collector/tube). Meanwhile, cooler water in the tank flows downwards into the collector, thus causes circulation throughout the system. This system is reliable and relatively inexpensive.
