Features:

1. This system consists of solar vaccum tube, water tank, assistant tank, copper coil, bracket.

2. The system can be connected directly with tap water, pressure can be 0.6Mpa(6 bars).

3. Assistant tank is on the water tank, it is connected by pipe. There is ball cock in inside assistant tank, assistant tank connect with tap water. When water tank is full, the ball cock can stop load water inside water tank. This system work automatically.

4. Well wind, hail and snow resistance.

5. 72 hours heat preservation.

Working principle:

There are one inlet and one outlet, which connect with the copper coil. Copper coil is used as heat exchanger inside the water tank. Tap water connect with inlet, outlet is for hot water. When the cold water inside water tank is heated by solar vaccum tube under sunshine. It becomes hot water. When we need hot water to bath or wash something. Tap water via the copper coil(heat exchanger). And become hot water, which is just we need to bath or wash something.

Specifications:

1. Outer water tank: 0.4mm SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel or white color plate or galvanized sheet.

2. Inner water tank: 0.4mm SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel or SUS316 stainless steel

3. Bracket: galvanized steel with painting or Aluminium alloy or SUS304 stainless steel

4. Water tank heat insulation layer: 55mm or 80mm polyurethane foam

5. Exchanger: Cooper coil, dia. 12mm, thick 1.0mm

6. Working pressure is more than 0.6Mpa.

7. The capacity of assistant tank: 3L, 5L or 8L.

8. Stand angle: 38 degrees, 45degrees, and so on.
