1) The design drawings and technical programs are available.

2) Construction in the building has been finished and ground grass-roots level surface roughness has reached the requirements, roughness requirements: 1m guiding rule check, height difference > 8mm.

3) The heating system distribution box thermostat embedded cassette, wall embedded junction box and the system wiring have been completed and of acceptance in the building according to design requirements and "electrical engineering acceptance for construction quality".

4) Construction of water, electricity and other temporary facilities are available to meet the construction needs in the construction site.

5) The ground grass-roots with waterproof layer or moisture barrier have been constructed. 3.6 The other professional concealed works have been completed in the laying area which provides the closing and independent construction conditions. This single project should not be constructed across with other single project.

6) There is dedicated material storage place in site and make sure that the construction ambient temperature is not less than 5 ° C.
