Operation Instruction
Place the bowl in a freezer, and leave it there for 12 hours
Fit the paddle on the spindle.
Take the bowl out from the freezer
Install the lid with motor unit, spindle and paddle on the bowl.
Switch on the ice cream maker.
Add the ice cream or sorbet mixture by pouring it through the filling hole in the lid.
Set the paddle to churn the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency.
Once the ice cream is ready, switch off the machine and remove the lid.
