Hot Split Solar Water Heating

Structure of Split Solar Water Heater:
One set of split solar water heater is composed by a solar collector, a storage tank, a controller, a working station and installation parts.

Working Principle of Split Solar Water Heater:
1) When the discrepant temperature of the solar collector and the storage tank reaches the set value, the controller will start the circulation pump automatically.
2) The circulation pump then makes heat-conducting liquid circulate.
3) The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by the heat exchanger in the tank.
4) If the discrepant temperature of the soalr collector and the water tank does not reach the set value, the circulation pump will be shut automatically.
5) In case the temperature of the tank does not reach TMax, then the auxiliary heating device will be started automatically.

• Manifold casing: 1.8mm aluminum alloy
• Frame: 1.8mm aluminum alloy steel
• Heat pipe: TU copper
• Header pipe (flowage): C12200 copper
• Insulation: polyurethane foam 55mm thick
• Rubber seals and rings: UV, stabilized high temperature silicone rubber
• Operating pressure: 6 to 8bars

Water Tank Specification:

• Outer tank: Aluminium zinc painted steel plate,strong and anticorrosion effectively welded by argon arc, 0.4mm thick
• Inner tank: SUS304-2B stainless steel/2.0mm thickness
• Insulation: Imported polyurethane integral foaming with pressure and best density of 38 kg/m³,55mm thick,without freon
• Standard ports: 3/4-inch female BPP thread
• Temperature sensor port: 1 or 2 adjustable
• Magnesium anode: 20 x 40mm
• Tank maximum pressure rating: 10bars
