Solar Water Heating System
Evacuated Tube Collectors can be used in both closed or open-loop configuration, although we advise the use of a closed loop system wherever possible as this will prevent corrosion or scale build up in the collector manifold. Using a closed system will therefore extend the life of the collector considerably

Working Principle
Split Solar Water Heating System use electric pumps, valves, and controllers to circulate water or other heat-transfer fluids through the collectors. They are usually more expensive than compact solar water heater. Split solar water heating system are generally easier to retrofit than compact solar water heater because their storage tanks do not need to be installed above or close to the collectors
Heat Pipe Collectors
The heat pipe series solar collector are always connected with existing heating supply device. The selective coating on the inner cover of the evacuated tubes converts solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to the heat pipes by aluminium fins. The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapour which rises to the condenser. The heat then passes through the heat exchanger and the vapour becomes liquid, returning to the base of the heat pipe. The heat conducts to the heat transfer liquid (anti-freezing liquid or water) via a copper pipe. This transference of heat into the liquid creates a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun

Thermosiphon solar collector provide heat through a efficient copper coil. It's different from normal water heater. Water can be put directly in collector, but adding heat coil. When cold water goes through copper tube, it l be heated by heated oil. The length of copper tube is 45-60.There's no water entering such kind of collector so that it can avoid corrosion and rust. Thermosiphon solar collector is not allowed to be connected directly with pressure water.
Tank installation is subject to local area. Circled thermosiphone solar collector system is suitable for single or multiple solar system. For example, family solar water heater, solar water swimming pool and solar water furnace system. It's the best choice in cold area or poor water quality area.

Control system is the heart of parted solar water heater. Main technical function:
1.Full auto-control water function.
2.Constant temperature, timing electric heater(Power 1.5-4.5KW)
3.Setting temperature(30centigrade-90 centigrade),setting water level (50%-100%)
4.Manual water, supply water of control temperature, auto-water after 15 minutes without water, auto-stop after full.
5.Prevent frostbite circulation (Forcing circulation when water temperature of the heat collector below 2 centigrade)
6.Manual circulation ( the time of circumfluence could been set 5-99 sec.) Once open, hot water coming.
7.Supply hot water by manual pressure, manual close pressure or auto-close pressure function after 30 minutes.
8.Avoiding without water heater function (supply water level to 50% firstly , then auto-startup electric heater when water level below.
