Heat resistant glass toaster heater with AHS

Trazone AHS(Advenced Heating solution) is heating material made from

seven kinds of chemicals and ores. It is used as heating element instead

of the existing electrothermal elements, such as nichrome, silicon carbide

and carbon etc. Our heating system is the process which changes electric

energies into heat energies when electric current pass through Molecular

Composite Resistive Overlays. MCRO formed approximately 1w to 10w

per s/cm on insulator for heating by Chemical Vapor Deposition(CVD).

Electric current is changed to heat energies more than 98% and keep up

a low & intermediate temperature(10 to 700 degrees).

AHS FEATURES

1. Our heating system exchanges a heat as pass a fluid, such as

water and air, through on heating plate or inside heating pipe directly.

2. Our heating system does not use metal heating elements but heating

element which sinters at high temperatures after coated the syncisied

chemical material on the main pipe or plate.

3. It does not need warm-up time.
