1. Frames

A- Aluminum Profiles

Based on `I` shaped profiles

Outer frame could be plain or splined (TIRNAKLI) due to requirements of the clients.

Profiles are coated with anodized matte-silver as a standard.(color customization is available)

All profiles have:

• nqa. global assurance
• TSE
• Qualanod quality certificates.

B- Plastic Profiles

Both front and back sides are covered with plastic frames in order to provide isolation. Cables belong to lightning and resistance systems are secured in this way.

C- LIGHTNING

NYA 0,80 mm² diameter cables are used in connection of lightning systems.

Lightning system can be applied to inner surface of vertical profiles that are attached to each door.

T8,T5 Fluorescent or LEDs are optional. 58 watt DAYLIGHT or 58 watt COOLWHITE both can be applied due to your request.

D- Heater

Heater can not be installed on the door profile.

For the products that are kept above 0^oC: in order to avoid condensation a silicon cable heater of 15watt/m can be applied to frame profiles. (ANTI-FOG)

For the products that are kept below 0^oC: in order to avoid condensation 30watt/m silicon cable heater can be applied to frame profiles and 15watt/m silicon cable heaters can be applied to doors. (ANTI-FOG)

2. GLASS DOORS

200.000 times opening and closing warranty

Profiles and glasses are under warranty for 10 years.

For convenience of loading system has spring system to balance itself with an aim of 90 degree.

Door handle options

• 471 mm special convex a1 profile door handle
• Plastic installed from outside door handle
• Plastic insertion door handle
• “L” profile (completed along door)

Magnetic gaskets are used for energy saving, which the loss stems from heat transfer between door and frame. All gaskets have TÜV- CERT ZERTIFIKAT : ISO 9001 : 2000.
