Design notice

1. In order to make the environment air convection smoothly, the exhausted air flow of the system=fresh air inhaled.
2. Space of different buildings: the breath activity zone is 2.4m perpendicular heights at home;4.5 in commercial buildings.The breath activity zone occupies 0.26 to 0.47 of the whole space.
3. The fresh air is no less than 30 m³/h per person of living room and office building.Considering air exchange times and the minimum fresh air , the bigger one should be the standard when selecting equipment.
4. Regarding to the gymnasium, conference hall, and theater, fresh air should be decided according to seat occupation rate and air exchange times, Ifpeople stay less than 3 hours, calculating fresh air according to50% seat occupation rate.
5. For large shopping center, decide the fresh air according to 30%of center air-conditioning air flow.
6. For factory and workshop which is full of toxic and hamful materials, calculating the fresh air according to air needed by diluted concentration and air exchange times.

Maintenance

1. The air filter should be cleaned after running 300hours continuously. If working in places with much contaminant, cleaning interval could be shortened. Neutral washing agent with clean water is applied. Or vacuum cleaner removes the suface dusts.
2. The fresh air heat exchanger main body should be cleaned after running 4500 hours continuously. Air pump is used to blow dust out.
