1.Detailed Product Description:

a. Air source all in one heat pump is most smart type products of heat pump. The upper part is heat pump, the bottom is water tank with pipe coil, and the pipe coil is the condenser of heat pump. So there is not water cycle inside heat pump. The cool water enter at the bottom of heat pump, hot water go out at the top of the tank.

Following is air source all in one heat pump working principle.

b. In the system, there is a refrigerant cycle between the upper part and the bottom part. We call it reverse Carnot cycle, it consists of four component,

1. Compressor, (in upper part)

2. Condenser, (in tank)

3. Throttle unit, (in upper part)

4. Evaporator. (In upper part)

c. The cycle details are:

1. In compressor, refrigerant gas temp increases much.

2. in condenser. Between water and refrigerant, it’s copper pipe.

Refrigerant, gas → liquid, releases latent heat.

Water gets heat, increase temp.

3. in throttle unit. Very small parts refrigerant liquid evaporate, most part still liquid, temp drop much, more or less as temp increase in compressor.

4. in evaporator,

Refrigerant, liquid → gas, absorb heat.

Air release heat, temp drops.

From evaporator, refrigerant gas returns compressor again, a cycle finished.
