The machine, with the transmission system, conveys dishes such as bowls and plates, fast-food box, and heat preservation box into the circulation water washing area through the conveyor chain parallel. The upper and lower parallel of spraying arm will clean the dish. Then the dish will enter the bleaching area, and last the high-temperature bleaching area. As a result, it will have cleaning, sterilizing, and drying effects. After the process, labor will draw out the dish from the chain parallel. The electrical control system takes the advantage of intelligent digital meters to control the whole process automatically. During the process, the temperature is kept constant. The steam exchanger, electrical heater, and inlet electromagnetic valves are under auto control. Control components such as door switch, outlet limiting switch, temperature sensor, and emergent stop switches are fitted to ensure normal operation
