Working Principle of Non Pressure Solar Water Heater:
1.Convective movement of water starts when it is heated in the loop;

2.Then, it expands and becomes less dense, and thus more buoyant than the cooler water in the loop;

3.Thus,convection moves heated water upwards in the system as it is concurrently replaced by cooler water droping downwards due to gravity;

4.In this way,the water in the storage tank becomes hoter and hoter;

5.The water flows easily because a good thermosiphon should have very little hydraulic resistance.

Main material of Non-Pressure Solar Water Heater:
1. Inner tank: SUS304-2B food-level stainless steel 0.4mm thick
2. Outer shell: Aluminium zinc painted steel plate,strong and anticorrosion effectively welded by argon arc, 0.4mm thick
3. Bracket: Galvanized steel plate with plastic spraying 1.5mm thick
4. Heat Preservation: Imported polyurethane integral foaming with pressure and best density of 38 kg/m³,55mm thick
5. Vaccum tube: Al/N/Al(single-target type),high borosilicate glass hard:3.3
