User Manual for Wine Distiller:
1. In the boiling chamber put low-alcohol or poor wine or source of wine, such as the fermented grape or lees (Illustrate 1)
2. Put the fan motor plug in the outlet and turn on the current(Illustrate 2)
3. Turn on the swich,turn the driving plate to above 100°C,wine distiller will work automatically,when delicious wine flow out of the outlet of wine, turn the driving plate to below 95°C(both red and green indicator light will cycle on and off,that mean the machine is keeping the temperature,it is normal),then, delicious wine will flow out of the outlet of wine interruptedly ,when there are no dripped wine at the the outlet of wine, that mean the wine in the boiling chamber almost are distilled off, turn off the swich, the operation is accomplished
correctly.(Illustrate 3).
In order to make wine fast,please maintain the the driving plate temperature above 100°C, the temperature on the digital meter will shows about 95°C,delicious wine will flow out of the outlet of wine continuously,when the temperature on the digital meter goes up to 100°C,that mean the wine in the boiling chamber are distilled off, turn off the swich, the operation is accomplished.
(4)Do not make the temperature stay above 100°C for a long time to avoid the wine is thinned with distilled water and the rest of water in the boiling chamber boil away and affect the useful life and the accuracy of the machine even broken down.
