Installation and important notes:

1. Place the machine on the horizontal floor, and the environment should keep in the suitable temperature. Check the power supply corresponds to the machine requires and make sure the wires are connected properly

!!! Warning: the machine must be earthed properly!

2. After checked by professional electrician, turn on the power switch on the right side of the machine and check whether the indicator lamp is on. The rotation direction must be consistent with the mark shown on bowl. Or else shut off the power and change another power wire.

3. Raise the safe-cover, the machine will be stopped and cannot be working. If you want to start the machine, you should lay down the safe-cover at its original position and press start button.

4. Raise the safe-cover and put adequate flour into the bowl each time( do not beyond the rated maximum)

5. fill the bowl with water whose weight is 45%-50% of the required flour

6. Put down the safe-cover and start the machine

7. When the dough has been kneaded (probably for 8 minutes), please push stop-button to stop the machine. Then open the safe-cover and take out the dough.

Maintenance:

Pay attention to that all measures should be taken after having unplugged during service and maintenance. The motor and other parts should be dismounted gradually. It should be cleaned and lubricated the chains and bearings regularly.

Advice:

1. Please read HS series instruction carefully before operating the machine.

2. Clean the machine and fill lubricate oil into the lubricate points after using it.

3. Do not start the machine repeatedly and do not run the machine continuous in order to extend the durability of the machine.

4. Lubricate the chains and main moving parts once a month.

5. Check the tension of the belts and chains every six months.

6. Check the electric circuit once a year.

7. Forbid washing the machine with pipe.

Trouble shooting:

1. The machine cannot start

a) Electric connectors are loose

b) The safe-cover is not close

2. Safety switch isn’t working

a) Open the cover and check the press-place of safety switch.

b) Check the electric circuit of safety switch.

3. The temperature of the machine is too high

a) The machine works too long.

b) Overload or machine runs wrong.

4. Low in efficiency

a) It has something wrong with the machine

b) It is too seriously that the transmission parts are worn off.

c) It ha something wrong with the motor

d) The belt and chains loosen, so the belt and chains must be tightened or replaced.

Warning:

Do not put hands or add something into bowl when the machine begins to work!

Do not grab dough with hands when the machine begins to work!

Do not clean or lubricate the machine during its working!
