Purchased your product from a local supplier, item worked very well and was always kept in the original box. After the fourth use in over a year, I plugged the Dehydrator in, and the cord melted. Nothing else appears to have been damaged other that the electrical cord melted. If I had not been present, the damage would have been substantial.

Understand the product is outside of warranty, yet is is still good. If you can share how I might go about having the machine repaired, it would be appreciated. I am capable or performing the work myself as long as it is only the replacement or parts. Thank you. >> More queries...
