Aluminum Heater pipe is good in seal, instant in heat conduction.Use aluminum tube as carrier, put silicone heating wire or PVC heat wire into tube to make different shape of heat part. Separate them into two types according to aluminum tube outer diameter.
1).Aluminum heater pipe :Apply to indirectly cooling refrigerator ,air-conditioner,cooler,ach-in refrigerator and some pipe heaters.
2).Material:Silicone Rubber or PVC .
3).Ambient temperature: -60 Centigrade degree to +85 Centigrade degree.
4).Resistant voltage in water : 2000V/min(normal water).
5).Insulated resistant in water : >100 mega ohm.
6).Tolerance power(resistance) : ±7%.
7).Fastening intensity of terminal : ≥50N.
8).PVC heat resistant is 105 Centigrade degree.Silicone rubber heat resistant is 180 Centigrade degree.
