All Glass Solar Vacuum Tube

We are a professional manufacturer of glass-glass evacuated tubes that are to be used in solar collectors. We have 19 years of experience in this line. At present, we have 40 production lines to produce 10 million evacuated tubes annually, which are of high quality. Our products include dual-target tubes, tri-target tubes, glass heat pipe and several other new products. Such tubes are easy to make because only glass is to be used and the vacuum can last because the inner and the outer tube are sealed together. The inner tube and the outer tube are made of Borosilicate 3.3, which can well resist hailstones with a diameter of 25mm. The absorbers material is SS/Cu/ N/AL the absorption efficient of which is above 0.92.

All-glass heat pipe is one of our patented products. There are two vacuums in an all-glass heat pipe, the one in the inner tube and the one between the inner and the outer tube. The inner tube absorbs the solar energy, which is transferred to heat. The temperature in the inner tube rises up and the transfer fluid in the inner tube vaporizes. The vapor rises up to the condenser where it transfers the heat to the water in the tank, so the vapor loses its heat and condenses, then flows down to the bottom of the tube. Such a circulation will continue as long as the sun shines.
We export the tubes to several buyers in India, the USA, and Africa at present and they are becoming popular there.
