Microcomputer Control System

The water regeneration process is under the control of a microcomputer which documents all the user's water consumption patterns automatically and predicts the frequency for water regeneration necessities. It is therefore, more sufficient than the regular water softeners and saves up to 65% of water and 50% of salt.

Disc Valve Design
Disc valve designed especially to go against corrosion, user-friendly design and easy to remove. It is very efficient water softening and able to provide water filtration and iron removal functions without affecting the water flow.

Bypass Valve Design
The Valve is a manual bypass designed valve which does not contain lead or copper. It is user-friendly and provides direct access to tap water. Another fine-tuning device is equipped for water hardness adjustments.

This water softener adapts the food-grade resin to absorb the calcium and magnesium ions in the hard water (tap water) in order to achieve the water softening effect. When the adsorption capacity of resin is reached, sodium chloride is needed as a regenerant to regenerate the resin to restore the original exchange capacity, and to achieve the effect of repeat usage.

During the resin regeneration process, the Calcium and Magnesium ion adsorbed by the resin is replaced by the Sodium ions and at the same time Sodium ions is left behind to enter the soft water.
