Features :
1, Turn on the power supply switch.
2, Turn on the switch of the machine, the cylinder and motor of fans begins to work.
3, Inflame: Adjust the exhaust wind door to be minimum, turn on the gas adjusting valve and inflame. Make sure to inflame in the burning room, and adjust the fire with gas adjusting valve.
4, Warm up the baker( if not warm up it, the baking time need to be longer), warm up the machine to be 100°C~120°C. ( The highest can up to 300 °C)
5, Put 2kg coffee berry into the hopper.
The coffee berry fall into the cylinder and been baked. Adjust the gas valve to setup suitable fire, and adjust the exhaust fan to control
7,Adjustment for the gas
When the coffee berry splits firstly, reduce the gas, which can be adjusted by watching the height of fire. Before the coffee berry split, big fire to make the coffee berry split completely, so as to ensure the quality of coffee. And then adjust the fire according to the coffee berry.
8,watching the color of the coffee berry by sampling tool.
Please watch the change of the coffee berry color with sampling process during the baking process. The temperature measurement is only for your reference.
