press the switch(OFF).It will display 350(it means the default power is 3500W),

press + ,each time can add 300W,the highest power can add to is 5000W,

the lowest three gears are clearance heating,it means that it will heat for a while ,

then stop for a while,when stop 3 seconds,it will automatic heating,over and over,

so that can warm the foods.After using it.press"OFF"

,then power off.After the cooling fan stop turning,then can be cut off power .
