Working principle
The working principle of heating induced by high-frequency electromagnetic eddy current is applied here. A magnetic field is formed when the high-frequency current from a control circuit flows through the heating coil, and under the working of the magnetic field, a high-speed eddy current is formed at the inner bottom of the iron pan, which makes the pan bottom hot promptly so that the food can be cooked efficiently.
