The Electric Salamander Oven is another new improvement of our company from the same type of machine both in and abroad. B. Transportation and storage:

When being transported, be careful not to shake the machine violently or crash it with anything else; don’t put it outdoors or in the direct sunlight. If so, avoid rainfall; Store it in ventilated places out of erosive gases; Don’t put it up-side-down.

C. Cautions:

1. The pressure should be the same as the one on the nameplate of the machine (about 220+10%).

  1. Use a suitable socket with three legs and a fusion near the machine. Don’t store too much rubbish around to make it easy to operate.
  2. Make sure the ground wires of the socket contact well and firmly to ensure safety.
  3. Check that all the connections are firm, the power is correctly connected and the ground wires are safe before using.
  4. There is a screw for ground wires, connect it with safe copper wires of not less than 2.5mm2.
  5. All the connection with wires should be done by qualified electricians.
  6. This equipment is not equipped to be used by unwell, unresponsive or mentally disturbed people, including children, unless under the guidance or help of persons who are responsible for their security. Keep an eye on children and keep them away from playing around the equipment.
  7. Measures should be taken to prevent the equipment from falling off in case it is put on a stander.

D. Operation:

1. Connect the power switch K1 and the red indicator will be on. Turn the rotating temperature controller to the temperature you want, the yellow indicator will be on and the red one on. Then the temperature begins to rise. When it reaches the temperature you want, the machine will cut off the power itself; the yellow indicator off and the red one on, the heating tube stops working. When the temperature drops, it connects the power again, the yellow indicator on and the red one on, then the heating tubes begin to work, the temperature rises. By repeating this the machine keeps constant temperature.

2. The height of the plate for holding food can be changed according to the height of the food to be roasted to save energy. This should be done before starting the machine.
